Yerevan is the capital of the Republic of Armenia. The Casacde is a giant stairway in Yerevan. It links the downtown Kentron area of Yerevan with the Monument neighborhood.


>Opera House
Armenian National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet named after Alexander Spendiaryan in Yerevan was officially opened on 20 January 1933, with Alexander Spendiaryan’s Almast opera performance.

>Republic Square
Republic Square is the central town square in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. It consists of two sections: an oval roundabout and a trapezoid-shaped section which contains a pool with musical fountains.

>Saryan Park
There is park in Yerevan named after Martiros Saryan. In Saryan Park there is exhibition and sale of paintings by modern artists on weekends.

>Mother Armenia monument
Mother Armenia is a female personification of Armenia. Her most public visual rendering is a monumental statue in Victory Park overlooking the capital city of Yerevan.

>Erebuni Fortress
Erebuni Fortress, also known as Arin Berd, is an Urartian fortified city, located in Yerevan, Armenia. It is 1,017 metres above sea level.

>Noy Brandy Factory (wine degustation)
It is a leading Armenian cognac production company.  It was founded in 1877 during the rule of the Russian Empire. The factory is located on the left bank of Hrazdan river at the centre of Yerevan, occupying the area of the historic Erivan Fortress.
